Welcome to Downtown Soccer Club!
DSC is a CalSouth affiliated competitive soccer club serving downtown Los Angeles and surrounding neighborhoods, Boyle Heights, Pico Union, Westlake, Echo Park, Highland Park, Lincoln Heights, Mount Washington, Silverlake, South LA, Hollywood, Koreatown, and Hancock Park. In addition to those neighborhoods, players seeking top-level competitive soccer come to DSC from Alhambra, Bell, Bell Gardens, Beverly Hills, Carson, Downey, Hawthorne, Inglewood, Long Beach, Lynwood, South Gate, Whittier, and other communities throughout the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
All coaches and trainers at DSC are licensed by the USSF and operate under the supervision of a USSF “A” licensed Director of Coaching. Each year, DSC coaches complete compulsory course work, attending clinics, learning the latest techniques and upgrading their licenses.
The mission of the Downtown Soccer Club is to provide children an equal opportunity to develop physically and emotionally through soccer, without regard to national origin or financial circumstances. DSC was established to provide a place where each child could strive to achieve his or her maximum potential without organizational constraints on development. Our objective is to develop children into active community-focused young adults.
